Not Receiving Octane Radioactive Prime Gaming Bundle

Hi, 

So, I recently went in to Amazon Prime Gaming and claimed the Octane Rasdioactive Bundle. I made sure that it was linked to the right account, but I still have not received the bundle. It says that the bundle has been claimed and that Prime Gaming is linked to this account, but I have not gotten the skins. Has anyone else run into this problem? Or does anyone have a solution?

    @all4him1 Hello, just to verify, unlink your Amazon prime account to your ea account and re link it.
    Check for Ability to claim rewards. Once checked, only then will you open The game again to receive.
    If you claimed the skin while in-game you will need to restart to be able to see your rewards.

    If you play on Steam, try the Origin version of Apex Legends.

    I still haven't received the skin and am unable to unlink my Amazon account. Is there another way to claim the skin or am I out of luck?

    I still also haven’t received the octane skin either and it also says that I have cleaned and made sure it was connected to the right account but still not a thing and I really hope I can get that skin before it goes especially since I spent money on it please EA help me please.

    @all4him1 I also have the exact same problem and I spent money to get it plus I was to exited to get the skin I even made sure I had octane but still the skin never showed up on my Nintendo account please help me! But any luck with you?
