Have you had a chance to go through these steps to double-check that the correct account is linked?
We're unable to review or make any changes to your account on the forums, however if you're still missing content please be sure to contact support so they can take a look over the account.
Do note these are fairly time limited and at this time the team would only be able to assist with current or very recent drops.
If you're still missing older drops as well please head over to the bug report section to create a topic so we can gather some additional information about the situation, thanks.

@EA_Mako Hi, while waiting for a response I had just gone over the steps to link my account again. Twitch already listed my EA account under the "Others" connections as "connected two months ago" which I assume is when the last twitch drop campaign held place.
Nonetheless, I completed the linking process again with my Twitch account. It didn't give me any warning regarding "account already connected" or anything like that, so I'm not sure if it was properly connected before at all.
I haven't received any drops yet, but I will report back if I do.
I'll make sure to create a topic on bug report if I don't get the older drops either, thank you.
