Not recieving in game content after purchase.

So, I have an issue with being able to spend money to purchase in game content, but I never receive the content. I have played the game since season 1 and never had this issue. I switch my email on ...

Unfortunately after a console account is unlinked and re-linked to a separate EA account it can lead to strange issues, including items not being delivered.
That said, I believe process should handle the missing items, can I check your case number? It's not linked to your posting account.

Also, and I understand if you want to avoid anything around unlinking again, but if you re-link your original EA and Xbox accounts there's a good chance you'll be able to access your old unlocks, and it may help with this issue too. However there may be a time limit on that.

I'm afraid we can really only suggest getting in touch with the EA Help team to see if they can assist with the missing coins. We don't have a way of helping with that directly here on Answers HQ.
