Octane’s Fidget Spinner - Not displaying or working

Just purchased the NEW Epic Fidget Spinner - Octane Skydive Emote from the Chaos Theory event and it’s not showing up nor working in the game. I’m assuming it’s a technical glitch since the event was released today.

When you go into the collection store to purchase the item. You can hover over the icon but nothing is displayed. Will this glitch be fixed soon?

Hey @Glowsticker @SonicCryCanary it's just a visual issue with it not showing, you should still get the item.

I have the same problem. I bought it and it doesn’t work in game nor will it give me my apex coins back

@Glowsticker As mentioned by Atic, this should be just a visual issue. Skydive emotes are just applied to legends automatically, when you skydive next, can you hold the jump button and look for the emote from the wheel?

Also, your posting account isn't active in the game, if you let me know your affected account name/platform we can take a look for potential issues.

No I cannot use it in game. I restarted my
game and my whole Xbox and it didn’t solve the issue. My Xbox account is Mcglowstick I can attached files tonight to show that I cannot use it in game if that would help. Thank you

@Glowsticker Thank you for the extra details. Checking now I see it added to your account, so you do have it, but I have been seeing reports of it not being visible/usable.
I understand it might not be feasible, but if you can do it easily, can you grab a screenshot of your skydive emote menu?

It has been working as of today. I’m not sure what I did but it works now so I’m happy. Sorry to bother ya but thank you for helping me
