Could you verify that you're still on the same account?
Not unlinked the account you play on etc?
Not switched platform?
Do you have everything else on the account?
What you could do is to contact the support here:
https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Pick the game and platform, under topic you pick "Missing Content" then "Had content and lost it".
here you can pick your contact option.

Hello there,
Yes, it's still the same account, all other content is still on the account, just this one skin is missing.
I already tried the link you sent, but the only contact options are this forum and to make them call you on the phone, but you can only put an american or canadian number to contact you on, and since I'm from Europe that option is not possible.
