Omega Point Pathfinder skin removed from inventory

Hey EA. I’ve been trying to resolve this for quite some time now, but still no luck. I played Apex Legends at launch and participated in the Twitch Prime offer by linking my EA account with Amazon prime, and claimed the Omega Point Pathfinder skin. My PC during the first season had troubles running the game, so I took a long break until I finally got a new GPU and some other upgrades. One of the few games I was really looking forward to playing with these upgrades was Apex Legends. When I first launched the game again, I noticed that my Omega Point Pathfinder skin had disappeared? I’m very disappointed that it was automatically removed from my account during a time of inactivity when I literally couldn’t run the game. I wasn’t able to notice it missing right away because it took me some time to build a new PC. The only proof I have for the EA team is a picture of the conversation between me and an Amazon prime support agent. He was able to provide the date I initially linked my EA account with my Amazon prime. This date falls in the window of when the Omega Point Pathfinder skin was available to claim. The entire reason I linked these accounts was to claim the skin. PLEASE help me resolve this. I see many people had this same issue, but the ones who had it resolved contacted EA support a while ago… So I hope this is still fixable
