Yes I checked the EA Account> Privacy settings. It was open to everyone before Season 9, and so is it now. After providing the checks, I could not find a solution. That's why I opened a topic here.

Same thing here. "Error" message appeared after I updated to Season 9. Have made no changes to EA account settings, including to Privacy settings.
