only received the standard (base) Battle Pass

Hello Support Team,

I recently purchased the Ultimate Battle Pass bundle, which cost me 40 SAR. However, after the purchase was completed, I only received the standard (base) Battle Pass.

The full amount (40 SAR) has been successfully deducted from my account. I have attached all the relevant screenshots as proof of purchase and to show what was deducted versus what I received.

Please look into this issue and upgrade my Battle Pass to the Ultimate version or resolve this discrepancy as soon as possible.
