hi. ive installed origin to download apex but i never finished because i was so busy. but when i tried to login, it logged in but in offline mode. i tried to reinstall origin but now i cant even login. it says "origin online login is currently unavailable". now im stuck here

Try rebooting your network first to see if that helps get you connected. If not, it may be firewall or anti-virus related with the program blocking Origin. Add Origin to your anti-virus exception list and/or trying right-clicking on the desktop shortcut to run as administrator.
