Its your routers QoS settings. Try to disable it.
Disabling the QoS settings for downstream fixed it completely for me.
Completely fixed it for me aswell!
playing in borderless window seemed to help me last night. Was still stuttering but wasnt disconnected from the server.
I we ever going to get a response from and actual support staff member?
