Out of Sync with Server, Apex Legends

Ok so here is the process that i have tried and fair warning it doesn't work!

None of it does. 

So... 

Step 1: Try all above comments about fixing this game client side. 

such as

• Disabling QOS. My router does not support this.  (no joy there) 
• Reset Router (Done this several times, fixes maybe first game... Not a solid fix) 
• Turn down Streaming budget thingy. (set to None, may even have got worse... DC'ed within 5 mins every game) 
• Turned down all settings in game. (Nothing, still OUT OF SYNC) 

Here is my Specs, more than enough to run this game: 
GPU: 1070ti

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance pro RGB

What really annoys me is that looking into Reddit for this and a lot are experiencing the same issues and no official answer from support on these forums whatsoever. 

but... 

This is a biggy, loot boxes and store purchases go down for 1 maybe 2 hours and boom new update and patch to fix that! 

WTF, EA, Respawn get your shiz together. 

I have and will spend money on your game but not if you dont fix the issues soon.
