So I'm guessing people who still have this problem have yet to reinstall it. I tried literally everything before uninstall/ reinstall, and that's what worked for me. I think the problem comes from playing the game before it was completely downloaded. I did that and got the problem, but i reinstalled it and waited to launch until after it was 100% done and I havent had the problem since.
PS- I think running BOTH origin and apex in administrator may have helped, it atleast fixed the error that keeps the game from starting.
I tried reinstalling but I did play it again before a complete install, I'll try it again without playing it until 100% complete
