Packet Loss & 999ms/1ms

Since season 10 has launched I have queued into games where I have anywhere between 40-90 packet loss. It also has shown 999ms or 1ms during these games. I have to completely exit my game and relaunch Apex because It won't let me leave the match. I don't think its the whole lobby that is affected by this because people are fighting and getting knocked. I also don't think its my internet either since this has never happened to me until season 10 came out and it's also not happening in other games as well. I've tried switching servers, this does not help. Not every game is like this, I would say about 1 out of ever 5 games. (update: it now happens every other game on Dallas servers)

This also doesn't happen when I queue into the firing range, only public matches, arenas, ranked arenas. (haven't played regular ranked)
