Packet Loss Bug

Hi, so I havent played apex in a few months and I hopped on the other day but it was so unplayable because for some reason I had 60 plus packet loss for no reason! EA, please dont come tell me that I need to check my internet connection or restart my pc because its not that and I have tried every single troubleshoot and youtube tutorial on the internet and nothing seems to work. Just so you know, every other game I play, I have no packet loss so its not my pc/internet and I also checked the status of the apex servers I was playing on and everything is working fine (supposedly)! Can someone please help me with this or is this just a known bug and I need to wait for a new patch or something? Thank you in advance 🙂
