Packet loss every few games after new update season 14,15!!

Packet loss every few games after new update season 14 i have Symbol in the right corner packet loss lags ! i play this game almost 4 year and i never had this problem. before update (new season14) 3...

can somebody report this problem to developers ? since the beginning of the new season it gives packet loss. almost 5 weeks and still not fixed. every day packet loss unplayable.
