Are you using Ethernet or WiFi?
If you're using WiFi, then it's recommended to use Ethernet.
It's also possible that your ISP is having some issues, try contacting and check up with them whether or not everything is okay.
I use Ethernet and still, super fast , it’s not on our end 100%

11 weeks with packet loss .
i have been playing this game since the beginning (4 years). I never had a problem with packet loss. after the new season 14 update, I have 11 weeks of packet loss. coincidence? definitely not. I reported the problem here and they don't care at all. they just don't care about the players. the problem is not on my side. I have professional optical internet, the one I've always had. other games work normally, only in this game there is packet loss. I don't understand why it is still not fixed? can someone explain it to me?
