Packet loss numbers: how to interpret those

Hello,

I have got this performance box enabled in the top right corner, which shows the ping time, FPS and loss.

All of the metrics are clear to me, but loss: I mean I do know what packet loss is in general. But how shouild I interpret the numbers shown, when it displays e.g. 11/0, 7/0 and so on? What does this mean, what is good, what bad, what acceptable? I have found nowhere good information about that.
