Packet loss on Singapore servers

I am getting packet loss every few games or so for the past month. Please fix. It's annoying to live in Singapore and still have packet loss in a * Singapore server. And I have fibre internet.

I have also that issue I using singapore 1 server that is annoying and massive stutters when i played 2 games and fps drop some places pls give me a reply
