Packet loss
Since yesterday I've had extreme packet loss which has resulted in Apex being unplayable. This isn't every game; sometimes I'll get one or two games that run fine but then packet loss starts again. I...
I don't think this is a server issue. 🤔 When I check our servers, they are showing up healthy and strong. You can check what the status of the Apex server is on across each platform from the EA help website and then searching for apex. Here's a shortcut: https://help.ea.com/en/apex-legends/apex-legends/
Once that page loads, you should see this:
You can check on the server status when you experience packet loss on this page to double-check your suspicions on the server end of things. Just click the option here titled 'server status' and it'll expand and display the Apex Server status for PC, PSN and Xbox. It'll look like this:
