After i got better internet apex's most servers has a packet loss of 2% i contacted my ISP and they came to check but they said noting was wrong with the internet. So if its not the internet then it must be the game servers. so any answers would be helpfull.

well i was wondering how come server thats closest to me has 2% packet loss while New York server has no packet loss. I will also summit the UOTrace results once its done

Wired no had no packet loss on cellular dat, not used dns. but right now i went to cmd and did the renew ipconfig after that most of the servers dont have packet loss anymore but if they do i have restart the game so far its a temp solution or even a permanent one but ill have to wait an see

I have been encoutering packet loss issues in the evening since i changed ISP (in France) from Bouygues Telecom to Free.
We've been troubleshooting with Apex Legends (twitter account), and we were not able to find the solution.
After all the troubleshooting steps done, i've come to the conclusion that the issue :
- might be located between EA/Multiplay and Free my ISP.
- might be how the game's ""special packets"" (if i remember correctly are split into 2), are handled when there's more network congestion in the evening
I already have tried pretty much everything, but in the end the packet loss issues keep happening.
That meaning that none of the troubleshooting steps found on EA forums, reddit, and other sites didnt work, such as flushing the DNS, repairing the game, port forwarding and so on...
Moreover, we've done UOTrace which lead us thinking that there was absolutely no packet loss on the network path, nor in the evening as during the day. I've let UOTrace running and pollin EA servers for quite a while (still with 0% packet loss) at the same exact moment when i had the packet loss issue in game. Meaning that the issue was only present in the game.
I could join a .zip file containing screenshots of my troubleshooting discussion.
