Party member preprocessing - stuck in lobby

Since a month I got stuck in the lobby almost after every match. I heave to leave the lobby, go to the main screen and rejoin the squad again in order to get pulled into the game. Sometimes the message: party member preprocessing is shown (even if im alone in the lobby)

If I dont do that, my team mates are been pulled into the game and i stay stuck in the lobby, I cant even see if they pushed the ready..

Is really anoying!

It happened after the router is been changed by the internet provider ( 6G support up to 1Gbps).

It happens with every account on my PS5,also with the both versions of apex legends (ps5 & ps4).

I hope, the solution will be found soon!
