steam purchase of apex coins

hello all I'm currently having a problem with purchasing apex coins using my steam wallet is there any way i can fix it, it pulls up the steam purchase page but when i click authorize it just drops and my balance on both apex and steam doesn't change. I'm fully updated and have restarted my game an pc multiple times any tips would help thanks
