Party Member preprocessing

Everytime the game mode or map changes, I get a message that reads "party member preprocessing", when attempting to queue which remains this way indefinitely. To work around this I have to reset the game which gets real old since I had this issue since season 13 when I got back to playing the game.

Similarly, I have to reset the game after I finish a match with my friend after each game which is worse because I have to reset the game more often.

I'm playing on ps5 right now and tried many steps to troubleshoot such as reinstalling the game, deleting save data, clearing system cache, and changing servers, all of which hasn't stopped this glitch from happening everytime. I played since season 0 and this definitely wasn't a problem back then. This game would be way more enjoyable had this issue been addressed, but so far it hasn't for over a year.
