I’m on Xbox Series X in New Jersey using Xfinity internet. Every Apex ranked match has constant freezing/stuttering from the dropship until the match ends. The red Prediction Error icon is displayed the entire match. My ping is around 28 ms with 0% packet loss. Apex unranked is completely smooth, and other online games (including Rainbow Six Siege ranked) have no issues. My friends do not see me rubberbanding when they spectate me—they only see normal movement, while my screen is constantly freezing. I’ve already tried restarting my gateway, reinstalling Apex, changing data centers, checking NAT, and other standard troubleshooting without success.
