Party not ready. Not showing name.

So I got this problem...yesterday I've tried singing with another account and since then the problems began.

1.It won't get me to the lobby screen from the first try

2. when I get in the lobby and press ready it tells me "party not ready" even though I play solo.

Also it doesn't display my name and level over the character's head, it just says "player"

Please help
