I start put all on low, overclocked my graficcard, set start settings etc. nothing worked.But now i got it. I had no lag at all when walking around without moving my mouse, smooth as it should be.But when i started moving my mouse i had very high frame loss!this is what fixed it for me:My mouse polling rate was on 1000. I put this down too 500 and my lag was completely gone! Hope this helps some people out with lag issues when moving the mouse, it did for me.

My issue is what feels like stuttering/hitching as well; yet, not indictive with Frametime Spikes on a graph. MSI afterburner set to 100ms as the lowest it can go for monitoring and even both Rivaturners settings on displaying the updates it on the screen to 100ms as well.It's weird because I noticed that I can start the game up and potentially have 0 Issues* for long sessions; but, it just starts hitching randomly. last night was the first night Since S3 that I didn't have any hitching at all which was a surprise.

Hey man I have had the same problem and the only way I have got the game to run smoothly is to revert to Nvidia patch 417.71 and use Triple Buffering in the vsync options. I know you have rolled back your patches but have you tried it with triple buffering on in game?
So frustrating man. I want to play on current patch with a higher FPS (my rig can definitely handle it) but at least by doing this my game was stable.

I have seen loads of people talking about this but it isn't getting enough attention. This stuttering EXACTLY the same for me. I hate it.
Have tried fresh windows install, SSD its all the same.

Why would you want to play with V-sync on, input lag is the worst in competitive shooters.

I just saw an old titanfall 2 thread about this issue saying the game had a problem with 1000hz polling rates on mice. Try turn this down to 500hz and tell me how you get on. I am not at home so can't try myself.

i have noticed that this game suffers from graphical stuttering for everyone, radeon cards included.
im suffering from the same stutering/hitching you name it in the game and while the game feels *smooth* sometimes the stuttering gets annoying.

I have exact same specs as you.
Play on low at 100fps but get frametime spikes up to 100ms and frame drops down to the high 70's.
I also get frame spikes every minute, to the exact second. Something is happenning once per minute and im tryin to pin it down.
I just feel I should be gettimg 100fps locked without issues.

Check your cpu usage, if it constantly hitting 100% thats probably the reason.

I have similar specks to that guys PC and im getting this weird stutter wen i see other players. My FPS is fine and my actual gameplay runs smooth but when i drop from the airship or see other players they seems to sort of teleport and stutter around. At first i thought i twas my connection so i restarted my computer and my wifi box but still to no avail. All my other games run smoothly so its not my computer but the program itself i believe. If anyone has any idea how to fix this please let me know.
