EA ACCOUNT BANNED / Outsourced Chat advisors lied and are very rude
Hello, I tried logging in to apex today and it says I am locked out after trying to log in, I have checked my penalty history and there is nothing about a current ban or violation.
I had a previous ban on April 22nd where my appeals were denied automatically but I was told my an Agent that if I appealed a few months later I would have a better chance in getting my account back. I have said this a lot but I was not cheating or using any kind of software I simply got into the same lobby as a group of friends and we kept killing each other the only reason I got banned was cause I used a sniper and kept getting headshots while my friends did not so the system flagged me, I beg an actual person looks into my gameplay to see. I have lost so much time and money for this account.
Today I had 2 chat advisors end the chat as soon as i asked why an agent told me I can appeal 2 months ago after my 10 appeals, I asked to speak with a manager and the same thing.
I know for a fact that my Ban was false because my group of friends that did the same thing are not banned, your AI cheat detection falsely detected me so how is this fair? It was a wildcard game not ranked, I did not disrupt anyone's gameplay
How can I resolve this? I cant even write an appeal.

Just to be clear, we are not able to make any changes to your account or penalties here on the forums. I do see you mentioned speaking with an advisor that suggested appealing later, but if you have already completed ~10 appeals without any change and are no longer able to create appeals, that would mean our Terms of Service team has declined to remove the penalty.
I'm afraid that would be final, so appealing again later would have no effect if you've already reached the point where they've said no further reviews will be performed. That's likely why you're now unable to appeal. The only team able to change actions on your account will be the Terms of Service team via an appeal, so if that's no longer possible then this action would remain on the account. There are no alternate routes to have a ban or suspension reviewed once you've gone through those appeals, sorry.
