[PC] Apex Legends Stuttering/Hitching - FPS Drop/Frametime Spike

Any luck with this? Same problem on my i9 9900k RTX 2070. Capped at 144 constant frames, yet feels laggy as hell. Good cpu/guy temps and usage % - have tried with and without vsync, no fix.

    Anyone of you guys found a solution to this problem? I have exactly the same issue and it only in Apex.
