Same'ish but mine are far inbetween usually.I would usually have a smooth'ish experience with no stutter but randomly I can get a stutter like the video shown here and there.Don't know if related.
A client update is now available. Can you all try restarting your Origin client and let us know how your game's performance is?

My game started to drop the FPS again.
Now 50fps before jumping from the ship, sttutering constants between 100-140fps, before I was playing at 220+ fps.
Omg .. I can't believe this nightmare is back.
Changing my pooling rate didn't solve anything.
It started yesterday, the day before the update.

Hello everybody,
after trying so many things I finally found the solution to fix my stuttering problems. After I deactivated IPv6 I had no more problems.
1. Close Apex.
2. Go to control panel -> Network Settings -> Adapter Configuration. I'm german so I'm not sure if the translation is right. This is the path in german:
Systemsteuerung\Netzwerk und Internet\Netzwerkverbindungen
3. Rightclick on the Adapter of your Internet Connection (mine is called "Ethernet") and deactivate "Internet Protocol, Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)".
Snapshot in attachements
I hope that helps most of you. Please let me know if it helped you :-)

I will test and if positive, I will for sure confirm if it works, since I have tried over 25 different things for frametime spikes as the game is simply not possible to play competitively with frametime spikes that seem to happen as soon as you see an enemy or they see you and bullets come flying and you can barely figure out where from, since it is all laggy!
EDIT: disabling IPV6 100% did not fix hitching!
