[PC] Apex Legends Stuttering/Hitching - FPS Drop/Frametime Spike

i also have a problem with the game hitching. Every game i get about 2 hitches that last a second where the acreen is completely frozen. 

I run at 2560x1080 @ 144hz freesync. Geforce 1070ti on the latest drivers with a i7 6700k at 4.6Ghz. Win10 64. Installed on a samsung evo 840 ssd. 16Gb ddr4 3000

The game runs super smooth at around 120 fps and these hitches ALWAYS happen 2 times per match and lasts a second each

Things ive tried to resolve it.

•Disabling fullscreen optimization

•Running in high priority

•Running intelligent stanby mem cleaning

•Repairing the game

•Downgrading  drivers

•Unclocked cpu

•Lowering pollrate on mouse to 500

•Removing all flowrate and traffic shaping on the NIC

•running all ingame setting on low or off

•true fullscreen/windowed/windowed fullscreen

•changing physx from auto to both cpu and gpu

•turning off freesync and limiting fps(40,60,100). Tried various sync settings

•logged cpu and gpu usage and it doesnt show anything strange, cpu maxes at 60% ish

•gamebar/gamemode/shadowplay all turned off

•all kinda energysaving off

•antivirus completely off and ALL exploit protection in windows turned off

•lower resolutions

•every kinda setting that is possible in the nvidia control panel wich took ages

•every option in the origin client set to off

•running the game without a soundcard

•overclocked the living * out of both the cpu and gpu and while even higher fps i get the exact same hitching

•disabled all runnig processes that wasnt crucial

•monitored temps wich all stay in a way safe range(watercooled)

•moved game to a regular hdd (problem didnt change at all)

•all virtualization and speedstepping/powermanagement in the bios OFF

Im sure i forgot something but long story short ive tried every fix ever posted online for this problem. And every trick there is in general to speed up games in win10

And to add insult to injury i have the game on my PS4 pro and it runs flawless every game. So its not the internet.
