(PC) Camera won't move ingame also can see the cursor moving

Aside, from the -Infinite loading screen-  issue that i already have, the camera does not move while playing, i restarted: mouse,apex legends,computer. and messed aorund with the graphicals settings while i still could until i could no longer log in into Apex Legends.
