(PC) main account lags but alternate account is fine

Hi guys, I'm running apex on PC and my main account has random lags & frame drops. However when I switch to my alternate account the gameplay is perfectly fine. Does anyone else have this issue? Bot...

@GoldenPineapplee If you turn on the network info (in-game) does it shows things like higher packet loss versus your sub-account?

@EA_IlliumThe network info for both account are similar except my main account has frame drops from 140 to 70 or 30 whereas my sub-account has consistent 140-130 frames. Packet loss and choke are 0 for both and latency is around 12. I've tried reinstalling the game, playing on steam and origin, low video settings but my main account still has these random frame drops.
