PC/Origin Launcher Apex Fails to Launch Post Patch
I updated the game and tried to launch(PC/Origin)and it hangs for a few seconds and then closes down. I've done all the usual, restart Origin, repair, reinstall etc. Can't launch the game.

Do you have any launch options enabled? (e.c +cl_showpos 1 or +fps_max)
If so, disable them, it seems that the newer patch disables the usage of these.
It's possible you can get past this by putting these commands in the autoexec.cfg file, though it's just as likely to close the game.
Maybe you don't even have any launch options but you put them in the autoexec.cfg file, so remove those lines and it'll probably be fixed too.
I just removed every command I had even the reticle color and the game loaded, but I found another issue my CPU is 100%.
