Perm ban during documented AMD GPU driver instability, appeals ignored
Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help or point me toward an escalation path, because my support tickets have been denied with what appears to be an automated response despite submitting technical evidence.
My account Strtxgy was permanently banned on February 21, 2026. I have never cheated and I believe this is an EasyAntiCheat false positive caused by AMD GPU driver instability on my system.
What my Windows event logs document:
- February 18: My AMD GPU experienced kernel-level crashes generating dump files AMD_WATCHDOG-20260218-1758.dmp and WATCHDOG-20260218-1758.dmp. Error codes a1000001 (AMD watchdog timeout), a2000002 (GPU hang), and 141 (TDR failure) were all logged.
- February 20: NZXT CAM, a hardware monitor reported to conflict with EasyAntiCheat, was logging errors the day before the ban.
- February 21: My logs show the AMD GPU crash reports were still actively firing throughout my play session when the ban occurred. Zero suspicious software or unknown processes appear anywhere in the logs.
I submitted my full event log export with both appeals. Both were denied within a short timeframe with identical generic responses. I don't believe the evidence was reviewed.
I am a long-term player with 600+ hours and three heirlooms. I have since updated my AMD driver to resolve the instability.
Is there any way to get this escalated to someone who can actually review the technical documentation? Any help is appreciated.
