Hey ReaperofTRG,
You should receive an email to your EA account's registered email address when an action is taken. I'd be sure to check any spam/junk/trash folders, and it may help to add a filter to allow @ea.com and @e.ea.com addresses in some cases.
If you're still not finding that email or just to appeal a ban in general, you can create a case with these steps to have our Terms of Service team review the situation for you. They'll reach back out with more information once their investigation is complete, so you can keep an eye on your case history page from that point.
I understand, I am also very willing to go through the official appeal channel, but my initial email is bound to the NetEase 163 mailbox, and you cannot receive my appeal. I tried to change the binding, but the customer service refused to help, saying that my account had a security problem, so how else can I appeal in such a situation? Everyone told me to go to eahelp to create my own case, but NetEase 163 mailbox cannot create a case, I can only keep speaking out and hope that someone will notice me! If I can't change my email address, I can't appeal, how can I get my account back? EA customer service refused to change my email address, so what is the account security problem? Is it a bug? The customer service also refused to answer my inquiry, to be honest, I feel a little unfair to me, because I am very sure that my account was banned by mistake, but I was deprived of the right to appeal, I have verified that the initial email bound to the EA account is mine, and the customer service also refused to help!
