Apex Coins Bought From Website Not Received

I bought 1000 Apex Coins (in two purchases of 500 Apex Coins) on the 26th. It is now the 28th, and I have yet to receive them. I play on PS5, I have proof of my purchases, and I would love to know if there is an issue on my side of things, or if EA is on vacation.

I was legit about to try this, but I got on Apex to check one last time, and they were there. If they hadn't, your method probably would've worked. Thank you for your help, though, and sorry for the inconvenience.

yourstudentl Just to make sure, you had bought the coins from here, right?

If so, I believe you need to log into the game through the EA App to redeem the Apex Coins, (at least that's what people who had bought the Battle Pass from Apex's Official Store had to do).
