Permanent Packet Loss and High Ping

Along side checking the ea help site EA_kent suggested,
What is everything you have tried to resolve?
Also, what modem/router combo are you using are they separate hardware or is it a 2 in 1? Do you have your own router/modem? How long have you had your equipment for? Have you updated your equipment any?

I have the same problem since s11. nothign was changed.
If i check the forums many people suddendly the same problem.
If some Games are without loss and some with it can only be a problem with the nodes to the apex servers.

Where are you located, and who is your internet provider, if you don't mind me asking?

  Located in Austria/Vienna
  Provider is Magenta Telekom
  I play over Ethernet. Never on WIFI
  I still have Packet Loss every now and then . sometimes more sometimes less.

  Same problem in Germany. The packet loss has been between 10-30 for quite a while now and me AND the friends i am playing with run into the problem of not beeing able to reconnect to our lobbies after a match (this happens almost every game by now). Everytime this happens we have to close them via ALT+F4 because there is no other option to leave the match...
