permanently banned for text chat? please help

My account was banned 5 months ago for text chat. I do have 2 strikes with speech, one before that was over a year and a half ago when someone was being racist and i responded. Yet i was muted for that. The second was text chat related that i agree was my fault. I understand i should not be upset and use words in a hurtful way. But, it is a game where we shoot each other and sometimes in the heat of the moment we say things when we are upset. And i've apologized over and over and stated i have no intention to speak to anyone on the game ever again and i just want to play. But i get the same automatic ban appeal response, without any live person actually reading the appeal. i've literally played the game from the day it came out and i spent a lot of money on the game and a lot of time. It's a bit extreme to permanently ban me for text chat arguing isn't it? i never cheated or did any exploits. i mean if anything permanently mute me as its language related? i don't understand to ban someone forever for some text related speech.

Can i please get some help from a live person to actually look at my case instead of sending me a automatic ban response message?
