the game isn't in beta, its not an issue that should be happening. what if someone was trying to buy an item that is now out of the store or something.
like come on EA, step the hell up and solve this. there is nothing that needs to be resolved here ,we all have proof of purchasing a physical copy, were being inconvenienced and misinformed and were supposed to just be alright with getting … yall better cough up an extra 1000 apex coins, an exclusive legendary item or something because this un cool as hell.
