Hi @imhalseyy Thanks for the update, can we try the following:
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Some matches will be pretty stable. others will be twice or even three times the normal latency.
During scrims various streamers also had very high ping some matches and normal ping the rest of the time.
This issue has persisted for quite awhile now with consistancy.

At the time of writing this, before launching the game ping shows as normal
getting into the lobby shows 10x, and hitting escape multiple times to refresh that number, it will change going from 30 - 100 - 150 - 130.
and i am certain that it isn't just me who is having this problem.- 3 years ago
This game turned into *, 85% of my game is lagging at 200-300ms. when the normal ping should be 15ms (which also shown in server list), this being going on since s16

this issue has been around for a while on both console and pc but it was rare in previous seasons. It is so bad now every other game is 120-150 ping with a wired connection and no packet loss. I dont have any issues with any other games.

high ping in lobby does not matter, but if u're having high ping in game after matchmaking, that'd be the problem.
I solved mine by having 2 hrs long session with my isp CS. Singapore1 latency from 250+ms back to <50ms
