Apex freezes on after launch

its stuck in this screen for infinite time. i did everything from reinstalling to older driver and doing a clean install to startoptions everything i disabled all overlays everything I’m trying to fix this for 1 week 5 hours a day just want to understand if thats a known problem from apex or my pc because i did everything local what i possible can my specs rx 6800 and amd ryzen 5700x maybe some staff here can help me I’m getting crazy
