Re: Party not ready / Can't join or play after update

Hello EA Support,

After the latest update, I’m unable to join any lobby as it constantly shows “Party Not Ready.”

Additionally, during the previous update, my total playtime was reset to 0 hours, and my previous playtime is no longer showing.

Please look into both issues and help restore my playtime data and resolve the lobby issue.
