Well it's not like we can be 100% sure that these players are being actioned.

Also if something isn't being actioned (or doesn't seem like it) it won't directly mean that those programs are allowed to be used.

I get that these applications could be used maliciously, though do note that these programs are originally intended for other purposes.

These programs can be quite useful for older controllers or by being able to adjust certain controllers in a way so it'll be more comfortable for an user.

I personally feel like these programs are kind of important, I'm sure many others might share that sentiment
