Please help with log in issus.

Okay so I just downloaded this game Apex legends for the ps5 and when done it prompted me to refresh my lig in info so I had forgot the password. I had a reset code sent I changed it and attempted to log in but every time I'm created with a qr code and it asking me to reset my password over and over I do this and ea says my password change is successful each time so idk why this is happening uter that ea doesn't want me giving them my money. Any help would be greatly appreciated  thank you.
