unfortunately thats true and the issue is getting worse these days making the game unplayable at all.
Personally i've contacted the team in EA before not once but many times, regarding this issue CODE:LEAF - CODE:NET that happens in Egypt since the game launch.
Simply our ISP wont listen to us because its just one game that happens the same problem with, and i saw many topics before from people wanted to help by contacting your EA tech team but without anyone replying or trying to fix the issue once and for all.
I've also done every thing from my end even tried the Traceroute that one of EA tech team gave and found only one path that increased with 50 MS above normal which doesnt lead to game disconnect - sends me out with ( CODE:LEAF) or CODE:NET then gives me penalty and then 10 min abandon penalty.
The player base in Egypt is not that small not to mention North Africa and some of the countries south Africa , Wouldn't it be the perfect time after 2 years from the game launch to fix this problem or make better servers that we can enjoy the game with? or By contacting Telecom Egypt like most of the other games would actually do in different countries to make things better for their players?
I would urge EA support team to investigate this issue because the game it self is enjoyable to a limit when CODE:LEAF happens 10 times after each other then it makes it irritating enough not to actually play again and find a stable game with stable servers with more than 20 ticks.
