Prediction error and lag
Consistently getting packet loss and prediction error since the bloodhound update. Virginia 1 and 2. Ps4. Borderline unplayable. All maps. Ping is 12-14.

I'd like to try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help out with the lag and prediction errors you've been seeing.
First I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:

The UO Trace looks pretty good. The ping stays low throughout, and I don't see any measurable packet loss. Are you also playing on PS4, or do you play on a different platform?

Can we try updating to a different DNS on your PC to see if that helps at all? I've seen similar cases where using a different DNS has helped with issues like this.
You can manually set the DNS in Windows in your TCP/IP settings. For more details on how to pull those up check out the Microsoft support website. If you choose Manual you can then enter your own DNS. I usually recommend the Google open DNS (it's easy to remember), but if there's another public DNS you prefer you could give that a shot as well:
- Primary: 8.8.8.8
- Secondary: 8.8.4.4
Let me know how that goes when you have a chance to give it a shot.
