Prime Gaming loot pending, unable to receive

I've connected both my EA and Amazon accounts, but I still am not getting the rewards. The reward shows up as pending and won't give it to me when I get in the game. I've been searching around a litt...

@verycooldragon this happened to me before. I had claimed a bunch of stuff from prime and it was marked as claimed but it never showed up in my Apex account. I ended up finding a solution though:

1. Go to the Prime benefits page and find an item from EA (i.e. FIFA, Madden, UFC, etc.) and click it to claim the loot for it.
2. You'll end up needing to link your EA and Amazon accounts.
3. Log into Apex and the items that you claimed should be in your account.

@clertt_ yeah idk ive done that a few times unlinking and relinking but it just doesn't work

    @verycooldragon i don't mean unlinking and then relinking it. like leave it connected and then do the steps. if that doesn't work, then idk. definitely submit a ticket if you haven't. it's weird that it says pending though. i think when i had the issue with prime mine said claimed. so maybe it's an issue with prime? are the other things you're claiming through prime actually showing up in game?

      @clertt_ yeah things like valorant dead by daylight and warframe all work but it seems like apex and FIFA don't work

        @verycooldragon very weird. so it seems like it's EA games only. i might say to check reddit and see if anyone over there has a solution.
        i quickly just googled it and on the amazon games page it basically just says that the "pending" status means that it's claimed but that you haven't gotten it in game yet. i would say to just make sure that you're signing into the correct EA account, that the correct EA account is linked to your twitch/twitch prime, and maybe try to email/chat with EA support
