Prime gaming problems
For the past few Prime Gaming packs, including this new Vantage one, i've claimed them and they don't appear in my account. The last one i was able to get was the Wattson electric royalty one but nothing else was sent to my account, despite it saying "claimed" on the prime gaming site. I've tried switching accounts since it could've been on a diff one but nothing at all.

Do you happen to have multiple accounts linked to your EA Account?
Prime Gaming rewards will be applied to the first linked account to log into the game after the content is claimed, so if you do have multiples please be sure you're signing into the game on the account you'd like that claimed on first.
If you're otherwise not able to get that claimed properly, please reach out to support so they can take a look at your account and help get that straightened out.
