prme gaming rewards not coming

some of my other rewards are still missing I have checked that my mail is connected even though I have successfully claimed my rewards, but the rewards are not coming to my account.

Hey @generals48,

Sorry to hear you haven't received those Prime Gaming rewards just yet.

Please take a look at the steps on this page as there are a couple different areas you'll want to check to be sure everything is properly linked.

If you're still not seeing those pop up after that point please contact support so they can take a look at your account directly, thanks!

Aside from the link above, you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

What happens when you try to create a new case? We are unable to assist with this on the forums so you'll need to try speaking with support again to look into this further.
