Problem with case

I have problem with ea help

recently i decided to contact support about lost progress in apex legends

and the problem is when i enter in my cases is shows green box with text "waiting for player"

i had no idea what that means so i searched it up and i found out that it means that ea help advisor is waiting for response

but i dont know how to respond, i didint get email or somthing and when i enter the case there is no option or somthing to respond

and i seen other users with simmilar problems on anwser hq but nothing works i tried cheking the case again on diffrent browser

i also seen that you need to log off or somthing like that but that too doessn`t work.

Anyone knows what to do?

    Are you able to resume your case or add an additional reply from your case history page here

    It looks like the team had sent out some general information that can help in similar situations and had just asked to let them know if that didn't solve things, which is why it's waiting on you for a follow-up if needed.

    As far as missing Apex progress, keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. 

    If you've ever unlinked an account, you would need to re-link to that same EA account to try restoring any missing progress. If you have any issues re-linking an account please reach back out to support with a new case rather than trying to resume the one above so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.
